This was my very lovely stay for the winter time. The staff was knowledgeable and the place was clean. The location was magnificent and fantastic away from the center of Naples, next to the central station. On the whole spicy food; Meriki restaurant was in the vicinity. The bedroom was comfortable modern and brand-new. The view at sunset from the window was marvellous, appreciated it.

Everything was really good and the view was splendid. Booked well-appointed and brand-new room that was kept exceptionally clean. The location was comfortable outside in the square. Lucky that it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Harry Ramsden's, offering food to go.

Would absolutely stay here again, if I come to Naples. The units are updated, soundproof with a balcony, updated bathrooms, for instance. All the stuff is exceptionally nice and is engaged to make your stay wonderful. The hotel has a good location in good area.

Thanks everyone for a wonderful stay for the winter time. Our room was updated and soundproof with climate control and a safe. Great and handy location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. A bakery and a mini market were right next door. Food was delicious and their restaurant was particularly good.

Had 1 night in Naples, spending my time here lovely. The triple room was functional and had climate control and TV. Perfect and excellent location sURE TO TELL THE DRIVER THAT YOU KNOW THE RATE IS €20 BEFORE YOU GET IN THE TAXI was a plus. My food was appetising and spicy. The provided service was great. Besides, there was parking nearby.

Luxurious and clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is very good. Make sure to get double room with a Smart TV. It's beautifully maintained and has a nice interior design. The setting is ideal and handy, right by Naples Central train station. There is Gran Caffe Imperius nearby for a cup of coffee.

The staff are incredibly nice and very pleasant, no complaints whatsoever. The rooms are large with the 6th floor-balcony, fresh bedding plus the terrace. The location is handy and excellent, it's so close to both the center and the airport and the airport shuttle bus stop.

Overall had very good stay for the winter time. The staff were attentive and top-class without being intrusive. It was in an easy and incredibly comfortable location next to Alibus pickup / dropoff as well as Close to main attractions. I checked out Porta Nolana, that was set at a short distance from the property.

The location of this excellent value and reasonably priced hotel was handy, comfortably near the transport. Moreover, it's just off the Metro stopping after 10:30 staying out late, Vesuvius / Pompeii / the rest of the country, and the airport shuttle bus stop and access to the Circumvesuviana line and Via Umberto, which leads to the Via Duomo for the Cathedral, which in turn leads to Via Tribunali and the old part of town.
The staff we met were not very welcoming.

Stayed here for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed my choice. The location was particularly good for walking around Piazza Garibaldi. This hotel was set in a crowded area. The queen room I was given was complete with the terrace, beautiful panoramic views, for instance. The staff were fairly friendly and superfriendly, everything was very good. The breakfast was delicious and incredibly nice with a huge variety of delicious options. The service was terrific and the food was delicious. Had the option to leave my car nearby.
